Personal Affirmation of Faith

I believe in the triune God who created all things,lived, taught, died, and was resurrected as a human as Christ Jesus, and is present on earth in all people as the Holy Spirit.

 I believe that Christ died and was resurrected for all people. I believe that we all fall short of the example that Jesus set, and because of that, the sacrifice that God made is by Grace. I believe that the Grace of God is where we find our love and our desire to do what God has asked. Grace is what has freed us from sin and gives us the forgiveness that we need, and through that grace, we may be made whole and holy in the eyes of God. 

I believe that a communion table should be open to all. I believe that God may call all people in all forms of ministry. I believe that there are many traditions and ways to express our love of God and God’s role in our lives.
